The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts (the department) is collecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
The department will use your personal information for the purposes of contacting you to provide updates on the Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport preliminary flight paths and Environmental Impact Statement process.
The department may disclose your information to Airservices Australia, who is responsible for the detailed design of the preliminary flight paths so that Airservices Australia may contact you directly.
The department will not otherwise use or disclose your personal information except as authorised by law.
